Belton Chiropractic & Wellness PLLC

Holistic Healthcare Treating the Whole Person

For appointments call:

Dennette Gardner, M.S., LPC, CCH

Dennette Gardner is the wife of Dr. Gardner. When the Gardner’s first met in Houston, TX in 2000, they had a vision of opening a holistic health care clinic that treated the whole person including emotional and spiritual well-being.  Belton Chiropractic & Wellness is the manifestation of that vision. Dennette is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who serves clients in the evenings at the clinic.  She enjoys working along with Dr. Gardner on the same people, (his patients are also her clients). It is the Gardner’s belief that by providing their customers with the full range of alternative modalities, (chiropractic, acupuncture, and counseling) full wellness can be achieved by anyone.

Mrs. Gardner graduated from Tarleton State University in 2008 with a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology. Her specialty is bi-lingual counseling in Spanish, so she offers all types of counseling including adult, individual, and marriage counseling.   Counseling issues addressed include marital conflict, anger management, anxiety disorders, depression, family conflict, life transitions, and family of origin issues. Mrs. Gardner is also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. In hypnosis sessions, Mrs. Gardner can assist the client to make changes in his or her behavior including anxiety, smoking cessation, weight loss, and phobias.

Mrs. Gardner is also a professional school counselor at Meadows Elementary on Fort Hood where she loves working with children in Pre-K through 2nd grade. Mrs. Gardner’s expertise in early childhood behavior is used in helping parents address behavioral issues. Since she works with children in the day, her evening appointments tend to focus on the adult population in the Belton clinic. However, during the school summer vacation, she is able to work with children who need continued counseling care over the summer.
